Below the leafy canopy of an ancient 700 year old oak, experience an open-air gong bath with sound healing practitioner, Tracy Musgrove. Amidst the sounds of nature, Tracy takes you on a sound journey through gongs, singing bowls and a crystal harp, with the vibrations tapping into our deeper energies and connections to the land. It’s a rare moment to lay (or sit) back, close your eyes and spending an hour in peace and calm.
Refreshments are provided, including tea, coffee and a variety of herbal teas. Tracy begins with a short explanation of sound healing and gong baths, before you relax into a warm, June evening. There is also time to connect with one another and visit, see and photograph the birds of the owlery.
