PASTURE RAISED LAMB - HALF BOX
Grass fed lamb raised on a regenerative farm. My lambs are allowed to self-wean (no removing from the mother) so they remain with the flock for most of the year. Brimwood Farm's rewilding project means that sheep not only have grass, but wild forage, shrubs and trees to eat - giving them a healthier and more varied diet.
In addition, I use a small family run abattoir and butcher in Wells Next The Sea. This supports a local and sustainable food chain, and also means my sheeps' final journey is as comfortable and stress free as possible.
