We’re on a mission to create a small patch of harmony in rural Suffolk where farming synchronises with nature. 45 acres has been in our family for over 100 years and we’ve welcomed and nurtured the local wildlife. BUT … we must do more!

By supporting us, whether with a donation or social media following, you’re helping build a sustainable farm. Growing food doesn’t have to be at the detriment of the planet. In addition, we use as much money as possible to benefit the Earth - that’s planting trees, growing meadows, installing infrastructure to allow for mob grazing and permaculture practices, putting up wildlife boxes and more.

Please consider donating and joining us on this journey. We, and I think Mother Nature also, will be extremely grateful. You can buy a virtual coffee here.

And be sure to check out some of our ongoing projects below.

Started in 2015, supported by a crowdfunding campaign, the wildflower meadow covers 2.5acres. Species include ox-eye daisies, papaver, birdsfoot trefoil, plantain and more. Naturally grazed and scythed.

2.5acres of new woodland being planted with natives, including a lot of hazel as a potential mouse ecosystem.

BIO-DIVERSITY STUDY

To establish exactly what fauna are on site, biodiversity studies continue via grid studies, tracking and visual identifications. We keep a regularly updated list of species to help us develop conservation projects to aid present fauna and attract others.
